These Terms apply to all users of the melyon88 website, mobile platform, and any associated services offered under the melyon88 brand. • You must not have had a previous melyon88 account that was suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on melyon88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your melyon88 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

• Notify melyon88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

melyon88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with current Philippine payment regulations:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered melyon88 account holder — are strictly prohibited. melyon88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the associated melyon88 account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.

melyon88 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

melyon88 is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. melyon88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, melyon88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, melyon88 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be refunded at melyon88's discretion.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in any game format is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the melyon88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the platform.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing melyon88 staff or other players.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the melyon88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on melyon88 content.

melyon88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude melyon88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

melyon88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to melyon88 staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, melyon88 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their melyon88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and melyon88, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. melyon88 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market.

melyon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, melyon88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the melyon88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the melyon88 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
